Shipping Rates and Services
Most orders will ship on the same or next business day after payment is received. Our preferred delivery methods are USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground. If your order requires a certain delivery service or a guaranteed delivery date, please contact us before placing your order.
Deliveries within the Continental United States:
- $5.95 - Standard Shipping & Handling
- FREE Standard Shipping for all orders totaling $150 or more! (order total does not include lighters or custom products)
- 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air via UPS are available for RUSH Orders. These services only deliver Monday thru Friday. If you require Saturday delivery, please contact us before placing your order.
Deliveries to AK, HI, and International:
- You will be charged exact shipping. An estimated shipping cost will be provided with your online order. If the shipping cost ends up being different than the estimate, we will contact you for confirmation before shipping your package.
- 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air via UPS are available for RUSH Orders. These services only deliver Monday thru Friday. If you require Saturday delivery, please contact us before placing your order.

Special Handling for Matches
- With Standard Shipping your order will be shipped Ground via the US Postal Service and can take up to 14 business days.
- We recommend that you choose UPS Ground Shipping for faster delivery.
Due to postal regulations, matches cannot be shipped outside the United States.
Special Handling for Lighters
- Due to postal regulations, our lighters must ship Ground via the US Postal Service, and can take up to 14 business days.
- Other items in your order will ship separately via the delivery service selected.
Due to postal regulations, lighters cannot be shipped to AK or outside the United States.
Tracking Your Order
- All orders placed online will receive an order confirmation email after completing the checkout process.
- All orders placed online will receive a shipping confirmation email once we process your payment and prepare your order for shipment. A tracking number will be provided for each package shipped via UPS or USPS Priority mail.
Custom Products
Custom Products will be shipped separate from the other items on your order with no additional shipping charge.
- Custom Self-Inking Stamps and Replacement Stamp Pads will be shipped separately within 2-3 business days via the US Postal Service. Shipping available to United States and Canada addresses only.
- Custom Business Card and Candle Safety Tip Magnets will be shipped separately within 7-14 business days via UPS. Shipping available to continental United States addresses only.
