orders will ship on the same or next business day after payment
is received. Our preferred delivery methods are USPS Priority
Mail and UPS Ground. If your order requires a certain delivery
service or a guaranteed delivery date, please contact us before
placing your order.
Deliveries within the Continental U.S.:
- $5.95 - Standard Shipping & Handling
- FREE Shipping for all orders totaling $150 or more!
Deliveries to AK, HI, International and RUSH Orders:
- You will be charged exact shipping, please call or email
for a shipping quote.
- 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air via UPS are available for
RUSH Orders.
- When contacting us, we will need to know your full order
and the delivery address to provide you with a shipping
quote.

via the US Postal Service and can take up to 14 business
days.
- We recommend that you choose UPS Ground Shipping for

Postal Service, and can take up to 14 business days.
- If you need the other items in your order shipped

lighters will be shipped via the U.S. Postal Service
separate from the other items on your order.
Sorry, we cannot ship lighters to AK or outside the United
States.

- All orders placed online will receive a shipping
confirmation email once we process your payment and prepare
your order for shipment.
- The shipping confirmation email will contain shipping
information including a UPS tracking number if the your
package is shipped via UPS.

Custom Products will be shipped separate from the other items on
your order with no additional shipping charge.
- Custom Self-Inking Stamps and Replacement Stamp Pads will
be shipped separately within 2-3 business days via the U.S. Postal Service.
- Custom Business Card and Candle Safety Tip Magnets will be
shipped separately within 7-14 business days via UPS.

We guarantee
100% satisfaction with every purchase! If for any reason
you are not 100% satisfied, you may return any item within 30
days of the date of purchase. For any item that is
returned in its original condition, we will gladly offer a
refund, or credit (less shipping). We will pay the return
shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
Report any Missing or Broken Items within 14 days of receipt
of order.

Copyrighted material should not be used without the express written
permission from the Company or Person who owns the rights to the
Copyrighted material. For any custom product where the
customer supplies the text and/or artwork, the customer bears
all liability with the content and use of the product.
Express Yourself will not be responsible for validating the
content that is provided.

If you are still unsure about providing your credit card

of Credit Card by Phone. With this option, once we receive
